The Atlanta Braves host the Washington Nationals this weekend in a three-game series for first place in the National League East. As part of its 25th season covering Major League Baseball, ESPN and ESPN Radio will carry coverage of both the series’ second and third game. Dan Shulman will have the call for Sunday night’s broadcast of the series’ third game on ESPN’s Sunday Night Baseball presented by Taco Bell. He will be joined by analyst John Kruk and reporter Buster Olney for commentary. Sunday’s coverage of the series’ third game begins at 7pm ET with Baseball Tonight: Sunday Night Countdown presented by Chevrolet. Adnan Virk will have the helm on Sunday night’s pre-game show. He will be joined by Rick Sutcliffe for the broadcast. Audiences don’t have to be near their TVs to catch Sunday’s broadcast. That’s because the game will also be simulcast online and on the radio via WatchESPN, ESPN Radio, ESPN Deportes, and ESPN Deportes Radio.

Game Two in this weekend’s three-games series between the Nationals and Braves will be broadcast live on ESPN Radio Saturday evening beginning at 6pm ET. And before this weekend’s coverage of the Nats and Braves, ESPN’s Wednesday Night Baseball presented by T-Mobile will feature the second game in a three-game series between the Red Sox and Cardinals. The series comes less than a week after the Red sox and Redbirds executed a trade that saw pitcher John Lackey to St. Louis and both Joe Kelly and Allen Craig to Boston. This week’s series against the Red Sox could have big playoff implications for the Cardinals as St. Louis currently sits only a game behind the NL Central leading Brewers, who currently sit at 51-61. Jon Sciambi will have the call for Wednesday’s game. He will be joined in the booth by analyst Rick Sutcliffe and reporter Pedro Gomez. The game will be available on WatchESPN and ESPN.
