ESPN’s NBA Christmas Day Marathon Returns For 14th Year

ESPN and the ESPN networks have a very special gift for all of the basketball fans out there this year.

ESPN and the ESPN networks will broadcast 14 consecutive hours of NBA coverage for fans on Christmas Day. That is a total of five games and additional NBA coverage that will span the networks of the worldwide leader in sports. It all begins at 12pm ET on ESPN with a matchup of the New Orleans Pelicans and Miami Heat. The Bulls host the Thunder at 2:30pm on ABC. From there, ABC will move to the west coast and bring audiences a matchup between the streaking Golden State Warriors and Cleveland Cavaliers. Tipoff for that game is scheduled for 5pm. At 8pm ESPN will bring audiences coverage of the Rockets and Spurs in a divisional showdown in the Western Conference’s Southwest Division. The Lakers and Clippers face off in the day’s final matchup on ESPN. Tipoff for the Pacific division matchup in the Western Conference is scheduled for 10:30pm ET. Every game will be simulcast on television and online via ESPN Deportes, WatchESPN. ESPN Radio will also carry coverage of select games.
