PBS Distribution To Release Brand New ‘Peg + Cat’ DVD This Summer

Peg + Cat is headed to DVD yet again this summer.

Public Media Distribution announced this week that it will release the brand new Peg + Cat DVD Peg + Cat: Out Of This World on Tuesday, July 12th alongside the new Dinosaur Train DVD Dinosaur Train: Under The VolcanoPeg + Cat: Out Of This World offers young audiences four more episodes from the family favorite math-based series.  In the collection’s lead episode “The Doohickey Problem,” Peg and her blue feline friend Cat have to recover sixteen stolen Doohickeys and re-assemble their smashed space ship.   In a related episode, “The T-Ball Problem,” peg’s t-ball team The Mighty Nine has a big problem on its hands as it has to face off against a team of alien all-stars.  So it’s up to Peg to figure out where each batter will hit and save the game.  These are just two of the stories presented in this collection of episodes.  The collection also features two more episodes that put Peg and Cat in two totally different situations.  They are “The Long Line Problem” and “Richard The Third.”

Peg + Cat: Out Of This World will be available Tuesday, July 12th in stores and online.  It will be available exclusively on DVD and will retail for MSRP of $6.99.  It can be pre-ordered online now direct via PBS’ online store.  More information on this DVD is available online now along with lots more episodes, games, activities, and more at:
