KT Tunstall is back.
The Scottish-born, L.A.-based performer is releasing her new EP Golden State today. The four-song record comes three years after the release of her most recent full-length studio recording Invisible Empire // Crescent Moon (2013). It is available now online via Barnes & Noble Booksellers’ online store. Audiences will also be able to pick up Tunstall’s new EP in stores on CD, as well as digitally. The nationwide bookseller will be the only outlet where audiences will be able to pick up her new EP in physical form, as an added note.
Tunstall discussed the new record in a recent interview, basically hinting that it offers some surprises along the way. “This is an album all about joy, although some of these songs are like cats,” she said. “They’re really furry and sweet and then they f*****’ scratch you, and they won’t let you put a leash on them, ever.” Tunstall and her band are currently touring in support of her new record. They are making their way across the U.S. and will wrap the North American leg of their tour July 9th. After that they will take some time off to recharge before heading overseas for the European leg of their tour, which begins July 23rd in Lucerne, Switzerland. More information on Golden State is available online now along with all of her tour dates, news, and more at:
