One of pop’s biggest names has partnered with Eagle Rock Entertainment to release a new live recording.
Madonna will release her new live recording Rebel Heart Tour September 15 via Eagle Rock Entertainment. The recording will be released on DVD, Blu-ray and digital platforms. The DVD and Blu-ray presentations will each come with a companion CD recording.
The new recording, which originally aired on Showtime last December, was co-directed by Danny Tull and Nathan Rissman and produced by Live Nation Global Touring. Both directors have worked extensively with Madonna throughout her career on the stage and screen.
Rebel Heart Tour presents a variety of performances recorded throughout the course of the famed veteran pop star’s tour, which launched September 9, 2015 in Montreal, Quebec, Canada and ended March 20, 2016 in Sydney, Australia. Along with the extensive concert footage, the recording will also include bonus behind-the-scenes and other footage. Its set list includes a variety of songs from Madonna’s career and will be announced soon.
