A trailer for the upcoming tour is streaming online now here. Lodge said in a recent interview that he was looking forward to the tour.
“Music is my life and I can’t wait to get out on the road with my 10,000 Light Years Band,” Lodge said. “The venues are smaller and more intimate, but I love concerts. Have bass, will travel. That’s the gypsy in me.”
Lodge added that while he enjoys being part of The Moody Blues, he is especially looking forward to being able to play some of his own solo work.
“I’ll always be a ‘Moody Blue,’ but I love the chance getting to perform songs that I have never performed before, and of course classic Moody Blues songs,” Lodge said. “The fans and I have traveled this road a long time, and I also hope new fans will discover and explore along with us.”
