Independent hard rock act Weapons of Anew released a new live recording this week.
The band released its new EP 2019 tour Special EP Friday. The five-song EP features a handful of live recordings from the band’s July 30, 2019 show at the Palace Theatre in Greensburg, PA.
All of the songs featured in WOA’s new EP are lifted from the band’s debut 2017 album The Collision of Love and Hate. The EP’s track listing is noted below.

The band debuted the video for the song ‘Killshot‘ ahead of the EP’s release. the video features footage of the band performing said single coupled with footage of a man and woman going toe to toe in a boxing ring, with the woman ultimately coming out on top, putting the man on the mat for the easy KO. The song’s musical arrangement lends itself to comparisons to works from Saliva and other similar acts.
WOA’s new EP comes ahead of the band’s scheduled Jan. 16, 2020 opening performance in Anaheim, CA for Metal Allegiance’s show at the House of Blues.
