Independent hard rock band Parallel Motion debuted its latest single over the weekend.
The band debuted its new single ‘Slave‘ Friday. The song’s aggro-rock sound is such that it will appeal to fans of bands from the late 90s and early 2000s. Its lyrical theme touches on the matter of getting lost in one’s efforts to achieve one’s dreams and goals.
Front man Dave Juan talked about the song’s lyrical theme in a recent interview.
“‘Slave’ is the evolution of Parallel Motion sonically and lyrically,” he said. “The track talks about becoming a slave of your own dreams and how you can lose who you are when they are controlling you. We only know one way to make music, and it’s from the heart and from our own personal experiences.”
‘Slave’ is available to stream and download here.
