Independent singer-songwriter Saiah is giving audiences their first taste of his new record.
The Arizona-based performer debuted his new single ‘Heart(break)‘ Thursday. The song is the lead single from his forthcoming EP Honest Red, which is scheduled for release this year through a partnership between InVogue Records, No Name Records and Black17. The album’s release date is under consideration.
The song’s musical arrangement presents a familiar emo/screamo style approach while its lyrical theme works in partner with that stylistic approach.
Saiah discussed the song’s lyrical theme in a brief statement in a recent interview.
“Having a heart(break) isn’t that bad when you’re close to losing yourself and forgetting what loving yourself means,” he said.
