Independent rock band EverGlaze debuted its latest single over the weekend.

The band debuted its new single ‘Shadows‘ Friday.  The song’s catchy musical arrangement is grounded in its vocals and time keeping.  The subtlety of the song’s guitar line in the verses and its more prominent place in its chorus adds even more depth to the song.  The overall approach and sound of the song is comparable to works from The Flaming Lips.

The light nature in the song’s musical arrangement serves to help illustrate the positive message delivered in the song’s lyrical theme, which reminds audiences to appreciate the good in life even with all the bad that is out there.

The band talked about that theme in a collective statement.

“This song is about noticing the beauty in everything even though nothing ever lasts,” the statement reads.  “During these uncertain times we just have to remember, this too will pass. Here is our song “Shadows” that represents just that we hope you enjoy it.”

‘Shadows’ is available to stream and download here.
