Static-X debuted the video for its latest single this week.

The band debuted the video for its new single ‘Bring You Down‘ Wednesday.  The song is the third single from the band’s new album Project Regeneration Volume 1.  It was preceded by the release of the singles ‘All These Years‘ and ‘Hollow.’

Much as with the video for ‘Hollow,’ this song’s video features the band performing its new single in a stage setting, but this time, instead of having a skull with a mowhawk on a stand and the silhouette of front man Xero filling in for the band’s late front man Wayne Static, Xero is there with a giant “X” superimposed over his silhouette.  Meanwhile footage of Static is incorporated into the video as audio of the late, great front man plays along with the song.

The song’s musical arrangement is classic Static-X while its lyrical theme will engage listeners in its own right.  The song’s lyrical theme comes across as being rather introspective as Static addresses a relationship that had apparently gone bad.  What situation is being addressed through the song’s lyrics is anyone’s guess.
