Clutch is not letting the COVID-19 pandemic stop the music.
The band announced Friday that it is taking its 2020 Festival Summer online. According to information presented in a news release about the decision, the band has reached out to organizers of festivals across Europe to curate set lists that it was going to perform at shows at which it was scheduled to perform, and to post them online.
Among the European festivals at which the band was scheduled to perform were the Ramblin’ Man Festival, Tsunami Festival, and Sziget Festival. The set list for the Ramblin’ Man Festival, up first, is accessible here. The schedule for the rest of the shows is noted below.
Clutch will notify fans of each set list’s posting along with the festivals’ organizers through their respective social media outlets.
Drummer Jean-Paul Gaster talked about the band’s decision to take its set lists online during a recent interview.
“The opportunity to perform at summertime festivals in Europe is very special to us,” he said. “The shows we play and the bands we get to see are experiences we look forward to every year. We can’t wait to return to Europe and be a part of these legendary festivals in 2021! Until then, we hope Clutch fans from around the world will enjoy these Festival playlists. Take care and see y’all soon!”
