Saiah debuted his new single ‘(Black)Planet‘ Monday. The song is the second single from his forthcoming EP Honest Red. Its debut comes more than two months after the debut of the EP’s lead single ‘Heart(break).’
The new single’s musical arrangement is a catchy, infectious composition whose steady, driving beat forms its foundation. Saiah’s vocal delivery adds its own touch to the composition.
While the song’s musical arrangement is upbeat and catchy, its lyrical theme is a much more serious matter, presenting a social commentary about the matter of race relations in America today.
