ESPN’s ‘College GameDay’ Season Premiere To Come Live From Wake Forest University

ESPN’s College GameDay Built By the Home Depot will make its season debut Saturday in North Carolina.

The long-running weekly college football program will broadcast live from the campus of Wake Forest University.  The three-hour show starts at 9 a.m. ET and will air live from Truist Field at WFU.  It marks the first time that the show has ever broadcast from the university.

Rece Davis will anchor the broadcast.  Analysts Lee Corso, Kirk Herbstreit, Desmond Howard, and David Pollack will provide additional commentary.  Additionally, Chris “The Bear” Fallica, Jen Lada, Pat McAfee, Tom Rinaldi, Maria Taylor, and Gene Wojciechowski will provide insight.

Coverage of Saturday’s game is scheduled to start at 7:30 p.m. ET.

The game is just one of the matchups on tap for next weekend’s college football schedule.  South Florida will represent the American Athletic Conference as it hosts The Citadel live on ESPN+.  Coverage of the game is scheduled to start at 1 p.m. ET.

App State is scheduled to host UNC-Charlotte at noon on ESPN2.  Louisiana is on the road against Iowa State live at noon on ESPN.  The ACC Network will feature UNC Chapel Hill hosting Syracuse.

Before any of these games take place, the ACC Network will feature the Miami Hurricanes hosting the UAB Blazers Sept. 10.  Coverage of that game is scheduled to start at 8 p.m. ET.
