Angeles Drummer Announces Retirement; Band Names Drummer’s Replacement

Angeles has another new member.

The veteran rock band made the announcement Monday through a news release.  the document states the band named Chris Cato as its new drummer after Danny Basulto announced his retirement.  Basulto recorded and performed with Angeles from 2015 until this year.

The band’s changeup at drummer is the band’s most recent.  The band parted ways with former vocalist Gwendolyn Casella last year.  New vocalist Louis Collins replaced her early this year.

Angeles released its latest album Hell on High Heels in June.  In related news, two songs from the album are scheduled for inclusion in the movie Hellweek The 10 year Anniversary Edition.  The movie is directed by Eddie Lengyel.
