Sick Of It All Debuts ‘The Bland Within’ Quarantine Performance Video

Veteran punk band Sick Of It All continued its live quarantine sessions series this week.

The band debuted its quarantine performance of its song ‘The Bland Within‘ Tuesday.  The song was originally featured in the band’s 2000 album Yours Truly.  The performance’s premiere came less than a month after the band launched the series with a performance of its song ‘Alone,’ which was originally featured in the band’s 1989 debut album Blood, Sweat & No Tears.

Front man Lou Koller, one of the band’s founding members, had the following to say about the song in a prepared statement:

“This track would have the whole place jumping crack in the early 2000s it was hard not having room to groove when we recorded here! One of our favorites off that album,”
