Post-hardcore-punk band Bad Visuals debuted its latest single this week.
The band debuted its new single, ‘Closing Doors‘ Friday. The song is the second single from the band’s forthcoming EP, Ravel. The band debuted the record’s lead single, ‘So Broken‘ early this month. Sam Pura (Hundredth, The Story So Far) produced the EP.
The band expressed pride in the song in a prepared statement.
“‘Closing Doors’ is the second single from our upcoming “Ravel” EP and represents our new material at its most energetic and anthemic,” the statement reads. “We hope listeners find something to love between the catchy chorus and post-rock-influenced bridge. Thanks for listening!
The band’s new single blends the band’s trademark sound with a hint of shoegaze approach to enrich the song’s sound. The addition of the catchy chords and rich drums adds even more to the arrangement’s impact.
The lyrical content that accompanies the song’s musical arrangement adds its own appeal to the composition.
