Holy Grail’s upcoming tour is a quick turnaround for the band as it just wrapped up a twelve-date tour alongside Night Demon. That tour included a performance at Death Angel’s second annual Christmas Show on December 16th. Flotsam and Jetsam, Mordred, and The Ghost Next Door were also on hand for that show.

Times of Pride and Peril is Holy Grail’s third full-length studio recording. It comes three years after the release of the band’s highly acclaimed sophomore recording Ride The Void. That album was touted by Blabbermouth as being “an impressive confluence of dazzling musicianship and catchy, anthemic songwriting.” The band’s upcoming album focuses on the rise and fall of an empire. It is not a concept record, though. It was produced by John Spiker (Tenacious D, Filter). Pre-orders for the CD, LP, and digital downloads of the album begin this Friday, January 8th. The band will debut a new song from the album on the same day. More information on this and more is available online now at:

Holy Grail Begins Work On Its Third Full-Length Release, Expects Fall Release

More than two years have passed since Holy Grail released its second full-length album Ride The Void. The reason for the wait is that the band has been busy touring the world in support of that record. Now after getting some much needed time off, the band announced this week that it will re-enter the studio this weekend to start work on its third full-length release. The band’s members—James Paul-Luna (vocals), Eli Santana (Lead Guitar), Tyler Meahl (drums), Alex Lee (guitar), and Blake Mount (bass)—noted that the hopes are that the album will be released this fall.

Holy Grail spent much of 2013 touring in support of Ride The Void. That left a large portion of 2014 to write the band’s new record and embark on other endeavors including opening for the brand new Arena Football League team the LA KISS. Yes, as in the band KISS.  The team is directly connected to the band.  Holy Grail’s fans can check out a gallery of pics from that performance online now via Prosthetic Records’ Facebook page at https://www.facebook.com/media/set/?set=a.10153235519931368.1073741829.15647021367&type=3&uploaded=10.  The photos come courtesy of Vorhees Photo. Eli Santana joined Tyler Meahl and his brother, Blake Meahl on tour with Huntress through part of 2014.   While the band balances its various activities with writing its new records, fans can keep up with the album’s progress online as well as the band’s latest news at:
