Ellefson Coffee Company has launched a new line to its coffee offerings.

The brainchild of Megadeth bassist Dave Ellefson, the company has launched what it has dubbed Rock N’ Rose blend to its growing list of offerings.  According to a news release from the company, the new blend takes the place of the recently retired She Wolf blend.

Ellefson said in a recent interview about the seasonal light-roast blend that while it is a light roast, it does have a little something extra, adding that the his company has partnered with a well-known breast cancer organization  to promote the coffee.

“We wanted to introduce a new roast to replace the recently retired She-Wolf, and with October being Breast Cancer Awareness Month, we thought it would be a great opportunity to pair up with an amazing charity like The Rose and help to raise support for breast cancer awareness.  It is a rich, full blend light roast with some extra kick, that we are sure everyone is going to love.”

Rock N’ Rose will be available for a limited time via ellefsoncoffeeco.com.  A portion of the sales from each bag’s sales will go to benefit The Rose, which is a Houston, TX-based breast cancer charity.

“Roast In Peace” Is Another Bold Success For Ellefson Coffee Company

When Megadeth bassist Dave Ellefson made the decision last year to start up his own coffee company, the move was clearly a big risk.  That is because Ellefson has made a living making music and spreading that music around the world.  But of course all good things must come to an end.  Eventually Ellefson is going to hang up his bass and call it career.  That’s the bad news.  The good news is that Ellefson’s risk to start up his coffee company may very well prove to be a good move.  With four lines already in production—one of which, Urban Legend, being limited edition—Ellefson Coffee company looks to already be moving in the right direction.  Its “Kenya Thrash” line is obviously the company’s cornerstone. That coffee is a bold blend of Arabica and Robusta coffees whose aromatic kick is just as powerful as that present in its taste and caffeine content.  It is just one of the company’s standout lines.  “Roast In Peace” is another one of the company’s standout lines.  While its caffeine content may not be as high as that of Kenya Thrash, it still offers plenty for coffee lovers and connoisseurs to appreciate beginning with that content.  Its bold taste is just as important to note as its caffeine content.  Its aroma is just as bold as its taste.  Each element of this blend is important to its appeal.  All things considered, they make “Roast In Peace” another blend from Ellefson Coffee Company that hits all the right notes.  Yes, that bad pun was fully intended.

Ellefson Coffee Company has proven already to this critic that it has a fighting chance in the coffee business thanks to its “Kenya Thrash” coffee line.  That blend hits about as hard as the riffs that the band churns out on its songs.  It is only one of the powerful blends that the upstart coffee company has to offer consumers.  Its “Roast In Peace” blend hits almost as hard and will impress consumers just as much as “Kenya Thrash.”  That is evident primarily through its caffeine content.  “Roast in Peace’s” caffeine content is not as high as that of “Kenya Thrash,” but it still is high in its own right.  That is thanks to the fact that the Brazilian-grown beans are 100% pure Arabica. Its content is high enough that it doesn’t take long for even the sleepiest person to wake up after the first few sips.  That is how high its caffeine content proves to be.  There are not a lot of coffee companies out there whose representatives can say their blends are that powerful.  Again, its content isn’t as high as that of “Kenya Thrash,” it still is high enough to keep consumers quite well awake through most of the day.  Keeping that in mind, the drink’s caffeine content proves to be a hugely important piece of the drink’s whole.  It is just one of the important parts of what makes this blend so appetizing.  The drink’s taste is just as important to its appeal as its caffeine content.

The caffeine content of Ellefson Coffee Company’s “Roast In Peace” blend is clearly an important piece of the drink’s appeal.  Its content isn’t as high as that of “Kenya Thrash,” but is still high in its own right.  It is just one part of what makes this blend so appealing.  Its bold taste is just as important to note as its caffeine content.  Whether one prefers one’s coffee straight or with cream and sugar (or with flavored creamers) its bold flavor is evident.  Even if one prefers flavored creamers for their coffee one will be able to taste this drink’s bold taste.  The thing is that just as with “Kenya Thrash’s” taste, it doesn’t overpower the creamer.  In fact it creates a certain balance for a taste that presents its own identity separate from “Kenya Thrash” and other coffee companies’ blends.  To that end, it makes for one more reason this blend will appeal to coffee lovers and connoisseurs alike.  It is just one more of the many elements that makes this blend so appealing.  Its aroma is just as bold as its taste.

“Roast In Peace’s” caffeine content and its bold taste are both key parts of what makes this blend another sure success for Ellefson Coffee Company.  They are not its only important elements.  Its bold aroma packs just as much punch as its taste.  That aroma is evident before the coffee even gets poured.  Consumers will love the smell that fills their kitchens as it brews.  It is an aroma that is right up there with the strongest blends from Folgers and other companies.  As soon as that aroma hits consumers’ noses, it will bring a smile to their faces.  That smile will only get bigger with the first sip thanks to the drink’s equally bold taste.  When those two elements are joined with the coffee’s caffeine content, the end result proves to be a drink that will impress coffee lovers and connoisseurs just as much as “Kenya Thrash.”  They combine to make it a drink that shows even more to be one of Ellefson Coffee Company’s leading lines of coffee.

“Roast In Peace” is one of Ellefson Coffee Company’s leading lines of coffee.  It is right up there with the company’s “Kenya Thrash” line and with other companies’ boldest lines.  That is due in part to a caffeine content that will wake up consumers right from the first few sips.  It will keep them awake for the better part of the day even despite not being as high as that in the company’s “Kenya Thrash” line.  Its bold aroma and taste enhance the drinking experience with this blend even more.  Whether one takes one’s coffee straight or with some mix of cream and sugar or flavored creamer, every coffee drinker will appreciate the drink’s boldness.  That first scent and first sip will put a big smile on consumers’ faces.  Even using cream and sugar or flavored creamer, consumers get a great balance of sweet and bold.  The end result is an experience that coffee lovers in general will appreciate just as much as Ellefson’s fans and Megadeth fans.  More information on this and other lines from Ellefson Coffee Company is available online now at:

ECC’s Kenya Thrash Line Packs A Punch As Big As Megadeth’s Music

Courtesy: Ellefson Coffee Company

Megadeth bassist Dave Ellefson has been quite the busy figure in the past couple of years or so.  He started his own music label, EMP Label Group, in 2015.  He followed that up by starting up his own coffee company.  That company opened its first-ever brick and mortar outlet just recently in his home town of Jackson, MN.  The store features Megadeth memorabilia, music and at least three lines of coffee that are certain to impress coffee connoisseurs and impress Megadeth fans just as much as Ellefson’s work on his band’s records.  One of the three lines of coffee currently being offered by Ellefson Coffee Company is known as Kenya Thrash.  It is just as powerful as the thrash riffs churned out by Ellefson and his band mates on their records beginning with its aroma.  That will be discussed shortly.  The drink’s eye-opening taste is just as notable as its equally sense-pleasing aroma.  The beans’ sourcing is also of note to the coffee.  Coffee connoisseurs and coffee lovers the world over will agree each element plays its own part in the success of this line.  All things considered, Kenya Thrash proves to be just as powerful as the music that Ellefson and his band mates produce for the masses.

Ellefson Coffee Company’s Kenya Thrash coffee line is just one of three lines of coffee that the company currently offers coffee connoisseurs coffee lovers across the country right now.  There is a lot to like about this powerhouse blend of Arabica and Robusta coffees beginning with its powerful aroma.  Right from the moment that one opens the bag, the aroma from the beans instantly hits the senses.  The aroma from the beans is so strong that it instantly opens the eyes from said strength.  That is not a bad thing, either.  Simply put, the strength of the beans’ aroma is right up there with the strongest blend from Folgers, Seattle’s Best and Gevalia.  That is just to name a few of the stronger brands.  That is likely thanks to the blend of the Arabica and Robusta beans, which create the coffee’s equally powerful punch when brewed.  That punch is just as important to note as the punch from its aroma alone.

The punch present by Kenya Thrash’s aroma is powerful in itself.  As soon as customers open the bag–which by the way holds the actual unground beans–the beans’ aroma instantly hits the nose and opens the eyes with its strength.  It is just one of the punches that makes this line so powerful.  The second hit from the coffee’s 1-2 punch comes from the impact of the coffee after it is brewed.  Whether one takes it black or with cream and sugar, one can still taste and smell the beans’ output once that first cup is poured.  Even the second cup boasts its own aromatic and taste punch.  That is a clear testament to just how powerful this caffeine-laced coffee proves to be.  Not many coffee companies out there can say their coffees are so strong even with the second cup.  Even more important to note is that even those who prefer cream (or flavored creamer) with their coffee will be able to taste the beans’ output.  The thing is that even though it still cuts through, it doesn’t overpower the creamer.  In fact it creates its own strong balance that impresses just as much as the pure brew.  It still is not the last element to note in this line of coffee from the Ellefson Coffee Company.  The beans’ sourcing rounds out its most important elements.

The 1-2 punch that Kenya Thrash offers coffee connoisseurs and lovers alike from its aroma and its flavor is key to the enjoyment of this powerhouse, eye-opening line from the Ellefson Coffee Company.  It is just part of what makes this line so impressive.  Consumers will also be happy to know that the beans used in the coffee are directly sourced from Kenya.  The bag however, doesn’t make any note of being fair trade, so one can only hope that the line is in fact a fair trade line.  Considering Ellefson’s dedication to bringing consumers only the best, odds are the coffee likely is fair trade and organic no less.  Even with that in mind, the fact that the beans were imported directly rather than grown locally adds even more interest to the coffee.  Keeping all of this in mind, the beans’ source proves to be just as key to its appeal as its powerhouse aroma and taste.  When all three elements are joined together, they make Kenya Thrash a line of coffee that—as long as it is at least fair trade—one that deserves to be in every store and coffee lover’s home in America.

Kenya Thrash is just one of four lines of coffee produced by Megadeth bassist Dave Ellefson’s Ellefson Coffee Company.  It is also an impressive line of coffee.  That is thanks to the 1-2 punch provided to consumers via its powerhouse aroma and taste.  The direct sourcing of the coffee’s beans adds even more to its interest.  Each element clearly plays its own part in proving the enjoyment of Kenya Thrash.  All things considered, they make Kenya Thrash a line of coffee that packs just as much punch as the music crafted by Ellefson and his band mates.  They come together to prove this line of coffee one that deserves to be in every store and every coffee lover’s home across America.  Kenya Thrash is available now at Ellefson Coffee Company’s brick and mortar store in Jackson, MN and online.  More information on Kenya Thrash and other Ellefson Coffee Company lines is available online now along with all of the company’s latest news and more at:
