ESPN’s ‘CGD’ To Broadcast Live From University of Tennesse Campus This Weekend

ESPN’s College GameDay Built by The Home Depot will be live in Tennessee this weekend.

The worldwide leader in sports’ flagship college football show will be live in Knoxville, TN for this weekend’s matchup between the Volunteers and Gators.  Broadcast begins at 9am ET.

Rece Davis will host the broadcast.  He will be joined at the desk by the team of analysts Lee Corso, Kirk Herbstreit, Desmond Howard and David Pollack, and contributors Chris Fallica, Jen Lada, Samantha Ponder, Tom Rinaldi, George Whitfield and Gene Wojciechowski.

College GameDay Live will air live from the College GameDay set beginning at 1:30pm ET.  Samantha Ponder, Desmond Howard and David Pollack will be on hand for the broadcast.

This weekend is going to be a very busy one in the world of college football. That is because this weekend is championship weekend for college football. And ESPN’s College GameDay will be live this Saturday morning ahead of just one of those championships.

ESPN’s College GameDay Built by The Home Depot will be live Saturday morning in Indianapolis ahead of the Big 10 Championship game between Michigan State and Iowa. This weekend’s broadcast, which will come live from Pan Am Plaza, will be the second time that the Emmy® Award-winning program will have broadcast there. Rece Davis will anchor the broadcast. He will be joined at the desk by analysts Kirk Herbstreit, Lee Corso, Desmond Howard, and David Pollack. Contributors Samantha Ponder, Tom Rinaldi, and Gene Wojciechowski will also be on hand for additional commentary. Saturday’s broadcast begins at 9am ET on ESPN and runs until noon.

Friday afternoon on ESPN College Football Live will come live from the College GameDay Built by The Home Depot set. It begins at 2pm ET. ESPN Previews Big 12 Conference Showdown This Week On CGD

Listen up Sooner Nation. ESPN is coming to town this weekend.

ESPN’s College GameDay Built by The Home Depot will come live from the campus of Oklahoma this Saturday morning. The broadcast, which runs from 9am ET to 12pm ET, is in advance of the Sooners’ annual “Bedlam” game against in-state rival Oklahoma State University. The Big 12 opponents will be the featured game of the week on Saturday Night Football on ABC presented by Wells Fargo. Oklahoma (10 – 1) is ranked at #3 in the college football playoff standings, having moved up four spots from last week’s rankings. Oklahoma State (10 – 1) fell six spots this week to #10 in the rankings.

Saturday’s live broadcast will mark the fifth time that College GameDay Built by The Home Depot has come live from Oklahoma’s campus. Rece Davis will anchor the broadcast. He will be joined at the desk by ESPN college football analysts Kirk Herbstreit, Lee Corso, and David Pollack as well as contributors Samantha Ponder, Tom Rinaldi, George Whitfield, and Gene Wojciechowski. On a related note, Desmond Howard will be off this weekend. That is because he will be in Ann Arbor, Michigan as his #21 jersey will be retired ahead of the Wolverines’ rivalry game against The Ohio State University. Howard will have live segments from Michigan throughout Saturday’s broadcast of College GameDay Built by The Home Depot.

Kirk Herbstreit will have the call for Saturday night’s game between the Sooners and Cowboys. He will be joined in the booth by Chris Fowler. ESPN’s CGD To Broadcast Live From Ohio State This Weekend

ESPN is headed to the Buckeye State this weekend.

This weekend, ESPN’s College GameDay Built by The Home Depot will come live from the campus of Ohio State University. It marks the first time since 2010 that the Emmy Award-winning college football broadcast will come live the the campus of The Ohio State University. Saturday’s broadcast will come live from The Oval in front of the William Oxley Thompson Memorial Library beginning at 9am ET and will run until noon eastern. The broadcast is in anticipation of Saturday night’s showdown between the #2 Buckeyes and #9 Michigan State Spartans. That game will be the feature match on Saturday Night Football on ABC presented by Wells Fargo. Kickoff for that game is scheduled for 3:30pm ET.

ESPN’s College GameDay Built by The Home Depot will come live this Saturday from the campus of Baylor ahead of Saturday night’s matchup between the Sooners and the undefeated Bears on Saturday Night Football on ABC presented by Wells Fargo. Oklahoma has only one loss on the season so far thus making this one of the biggest of this weekend’s college football showdowns. The game will be live on ABC with kickoff scheduled for 8pm ET. College GameDay Built by The Home Depot will broadcast ahead of Saturday’s game from 9m ET until noon. Rece Davis will anchor the broadcast. He will be joined at the des k by analysts Kirk Herbstreit, Lee Corso, Desmond Howard and David Pollack. Viewers Will Be “Seeing Red” This Weekend On ESPN’s CGD Broadcast

The first rankings for this year’s college football playoffs were released last night. Among the top teams in the year’s first listing, each of the Power Five conferences was well represented. And thanks to the rankings, there is sure to be even more chants of “Roll Tide” on the campus of Alabama this weekend when ESPN rolls into town.

ESPN’s College GameDay Built by The Home Depot will broadcast live from the campus of the currently 4th ranked Crimson Tide this Saturday morning. The Emmy Award ®-winning college football program will come live from the Walk Of Champions outside of Bryant-Denny Stadium ahead of Alabama’s matchup Saturday night against the Tigers of LSU. It marks the second time this season that the program has aired live from Alabama’s campus and the eighth time overall that Gameday has aired live ahead of an Alabama-LSU matchup. Rece Davis will anchor Saturday morning’s broadcast. He will be joined at the desk by ESPN college football analysts Kirk Herbstreit, Lee Corso, Desmond Howard, and David Pollack. Contributors Samantha Ponder, Tom Rinaldi, George Whitfield and Gene Wojciechowski will also be on hand for additional commentary. Herbstreit will be on the call for the game. He will be joined by Chris Fowler and Heather Cox.

Along with its previous statistics, this weekend’s broadcast also marks the twenty-fourth time that College GameDay Built by The Home Depot will be aired live at the site of an LSU game. Over the course of the team’s previous games it has gone 15 – 8. It is also the twelfth time overall that GameDay has aired live from Alabama’s campus for any of the Crimson Tide’s games. Under coach Nick Saban, the Crimson Tide has gone 5 – 3 when GameDay has preceded the team’s matchups.

This Saturday, ESPN’s College GameDay Built by The Home Depot will come live from historic Independence Hall in Philadelphia ahead of Saturday night’s matchup between #9 Notre Dame and the undefeated 21st-ranked Temple Owls of the AAC. Saturday morning’s broadcast will be a very special one for all involved as it will be the 300th (yes, 300th) edition of ESPN’s College GameDay Built by The Home Depot. The broadcast will also mark only the second time that the program will have come live on Halloween from Independence Hall. It will air live from 9am – 12pm ET. Rece Davis will anchor the broadcast. He will be joined at the desk by analysts Kirk Herbstreit, Lee Corso, Desmond Howard, David Pollack.
