ESPN’s CGD To Broadcast Live From Ohio State This Weekend

ESPN is headed to the Buckeye State this weekend.

This weekend, ESPN’s College GameDay Built by The Home Depot will come live from the campus of Ohio State University. It marks the first time since 2010 that the Emmy Award-winning college football broadcast will come live the the campus of The Ohio State University. Saturday’s broadcast will come live from The Oval in front of the William Oxley Thompson Memorial Library beginning at 9am ET and will run until noon eastern. The broadcast is in anticipation of Saturday night’s showdown between the #2 Buckeyes and #9 Michigan State Spartans. That game will be the feature match on Saturday Night Football on ABC presented by Wells Fargo. Kickoff for that game is scheduled for 3:30pm ET.

Rece Davis will anchor Saturday morning’s broadcast. He will be joined at the desk by analysts Kirk Herbstreit, Lee Corso, Desmond Howard and David Pollack. Contributors Samantha Ponder, Tom Rinaldi, George Whitfield, and Gene Wojciechowski will be on hand for additional commentary an reports. Herbstreit will have the call Saturday night on ABC. He will be joined in the booth by Chris Fowler. Reporter Heather Cox will also be on hand for additional commentary and reports.

Friday afternoon, Samantha Ponder, Desmond Howard, and David Pollack will be on site for ESPN’s weekly broadcast of College Football Live. That broadcast will begin at 2pm ET. Over on ESPN Radio, Doug Kezirian will anchor ESPN Radio’s broadcast of College GameDay. He will be joined by Brad Edwards and Trevor Matich for the broadcast. Maria Taylor, Joey Galloway, and Andrea Adelson will be on hand for additional commentary. Broadcast begins at 3:30pm ET on ESPN Radio affiliates nationwide. ESPN is headed back to Texas this week for its flagship college football broadcast.

ESPN’s College GameDay Built by The Home Depot will come live this Saturday from the campus of Baylor ahead of Saturday night’s matchup between the Sooners and the undefeated Bears on Saturday Night Football on ABC presented by Wells Fargo. Oklahoma has only one loss on the season so far thus making this one of the biggest of this weekend’s college football showdowns. The game will be live on ABC with kickoff scheduled for 8pm ET. College GameDay Built by The Home Depot will broadcast ahead of Saturday’s game from 9m ET until noon. Rece Davis will anchor the broadcast. He will be joined at the des k by analysts Kirk Herbstreit, Lee Corso, Desmond Howard and David Pollack. Contributors Samantha Ponder Tom Rinaldi, George Whitfield, and Gene Wojciechowski will also be on hand for additional commentary and reports. Viewers Will Be “Seeing Red” This Weekend On ESPN’s CGD Broadcast

The first rankings for this year’s college football playoffs were released last night. Among the top teams in the year’s first listing, each of the Power Five conferences was well represented. And thanks to the rankings, there is sure to be even more chants of “Roll Tide” on the campus of Alabama this weekend when ESPN rolls into town.

ESPN’s College GameDay Built by The Home Depot will broadcast live from the campus of the currently 4th ranked Crimson Tide this Saturday morning. The Emmy Award ®-winning college football program will come live from the Walk Of Champions outside of Bryant-Denny Stadium ahead of Alabama’s matchup Saturday night against the Tigers of LSU. It marks the second time this season that the program has aired live from Alabama’s campus and the eighth time overall that Gameday has aired live ahead of an Alabama-LSU matchup. Rece Davis will anchor Saturday morning’s broadcast. He will be joined at the desk by ESPN college football analysts Kirk Herbstreit, Lee Corso, Desmond Howard, and David Pollack. Contributors Samantha Ponder, Tom Rinaldi, George Whitfield and Gene Wojciechowski will also be on hand for additional commentary. Herbstreit will be on the call for the game. He will be joined by Chris Fowler and Heather Cox.

Along with its previous statistics, this weekend’s broadcast also marks the twenty-fourth time that College GameDay Built by The Home Depot will be aired live at the site of an LSU game. Over the course of the team’s previous games it has gone 15 – 8. It is also the twelfth time overall that GameDay has aired live from Alabama’s campus for any of the Crimson Tide’s games. Under coach Nick Saban, the Crimson Tide has gone 5 – 3 when GameDay has preceded the team’s matchups.

This Saturday, ESPN’s College GameDay Built by The Home Depot will celebrate a very special mark.

This Saturday, ESPN’s College GameDay Built by The Home Depot will come live from historic Independence Hall in Philadelphia ahead of Saturday night’s matchup between #9 Notre Dame and the undefeated 21st-ranked Temple Owls of the AAC. Saturday morning’s broadcast will be a very special one for all involved as it will be the 300th (yes, 300th) edition of ESPN’s College GameDay Built by The Home Depot. The broadcast will also mark only the second time that the program will have come live on Halloween from Independence Hall. It will air live from 9am – 12pm ET. Rece Davis will anchor the broadcast. He will be joined at the desk by analysts Kirk Herbstreit, Lee Corso, Desmond Howard, David Pollack. Contributors Samantha Ponder, Tom Rinaldi, George Whitfield, and Gene Wojciechowski will also be on hand for additional commentary.

The SEC takes center stage this weekend on ESPN.
ESPN’s College GameDay Built by The Home Depot will head down south this weekend for its weekly broadcast. The network’s flagship college football program will come live from the campus of The University of Alabama this Saturday, September 19th. The weekly broadcast will air live from 9am ET – noon ET ahead of Saturday night’s matchup between the second ranked Crimson Tide and #15 Rebel Black Bears of Ole Miss. Kickoff For Saturday night’s game is currently scheduled for 9:15pm ET.

Rece Davis continues his freshman season as host of ESPN’s College GameDay Built by The Home Depot. He will be joined at the desk by analysts Lee Corso, Kirk Herbstreit, Desmond Howard, and David Pollack. ESPN Networks To Offer Extensive Coverage Of The 2015 NBA Draft Presented By State Farm

The 2014 – 2015 NBA season is officially in the books. But the road to the 2015 – 2016 season has already begun.

This Thursday, June 25th, ESPN will carry exclusive coverage of the 2015 NBA Draft presented by State Farm live from the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, NY. Coverage for this year’s draft is expected to begin at 7pm ET. This year’s broadcast marks the 13th consecutive year that ESPN has carried the draft. NBA fans that won’t be near a TV during the draft won’t have to worry about missing a minute of its coverage as they can hear all the coverage on ESPN radio and online via WatchESPN. Rece Davis will anchor this year’s broadcast. He will be joined at the desk by ESPN college basketball analyst and NBA Draft expert Jay Bilas, college basketball analyst Jay Williams, and NBA analyst Jalen Rose. Mark Kestecher will anchor ESPN Radio’s broadcast. He will be joined by Ryen Rusillo and analyst P.J. Carlesimo for additional insight and commentary.

ESPN’s coverage and insight of this year’s NBA Draft presented by State Farm doesn’t stop at the desk. ESPN NBA analyst Tom Penn will add to the network’s coverage with front office perspective while ESPN college basketball analyst Fran Fraschilla have a look at international players poised to be drafted into the NBA. Heather Cox will be in the green room and Shannon Spake, new to the draft this year, will have interviews with draftees once selections are made. ESPN college basketball insiders Andy Katz and Jeff Goodman will each offer additional draft and NBA news throughout the broadcast. ESPN To Broadcast NBA Draft For 12th Consecutive Year This Thursday

The NBA season is over. But that doesn’t mean that the NBA is completely done for the season. Officials with ESPN have announced that the Worldwide Leader in Sports will have exclusive coverage of the league’s annual draft this year.

The 2014 NBA Draft presented by State Farm will be broadcast live this Thursday, June 26th on ESPN. It marks the twelfth consecutive year that ESPN has broadcasted the annual draft event. It also marks the second consecutive year that the draft has come live from the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, New York. Rece Davis will anchor the broadcast from ESPN’s main set. Davis will be joined by ESPN college basketball inside Jay Bilas and ESPN NBA analysts Jalen Rose and Bill Simmons.

Thursday’s live broadcast from the Barclays center will be preceded by ESPN’s NBA Draft Preview Show Wednesday, June 25th at 7pm on ESPN2. ESPNU will also broadcast the ESPNU Draft Special each day this week from 4 – 5 and the ESPNU Draft Recap at midnight Thursday after the draft.

Throughout Thursday’s broadcast of the 2014 NBA Draft presented by State Farm, audiences will get extra in-depth analysis from ESPN basketball analyst Fran Fraschilla and ESPN NBA analyst Tom Penn. Fran Fraschilla will offer insights on international prospects. Jeff Goodman, Heather Cox, Chris Broussard, Andy Katz and Jay Williams will each have reports and interviews.
