Armored Saint Announces Winter Dates With Black Label Society

Armored Saint is joining Black Label Society’s headlining tour.

The band made the announcement Tuesday through a news release distributed to the media. The band will join Prong as support for the newly announced dates, which are scheduled to run from Dec. 27 in Reno, NV to Dec. 31 Tempe, AZ.

Armored Saint’s upcoming live dates with Prong and Black Label Society are in support of the band’s latest album, Punching The Sky (2020).

Front man John Bush was upbeat as he talked about joining the tour.

“We’re super excited to finally be doing some dates in support of Punching the Sky!!,” he said.  “Albeit a year and two months after it came out. What makes it even more exciting is to support Zakk Wylde and Black Label Society!! Let’s do it!!!!”

Black Label Society announced the initial dates for its upcoming tour last month. The band’s tour is scheduled to launch Oct. 1 in Sacramento, CA and to run through Nov. 28 in Albuquerque, NM. The nearly two-month run features performances in cities, such as Asheville, NC; Dothan, AL and Houston, TX.

Prong and Obituary will share time as support for the tour, dubbed the “Doom Trooping Over North America Tour.” Tickets are available now. The tour’s schedule is noted below.

Exmortus Announces New Live Dates

Exmortus and Obituary are teaming up for a new slate of live dates.

The bands will embark on the second leg of the “East Coast Redneck Run” presented by Kerrang! starting September 1 in Carrboro, North Carolina.  The roughly two week tour schedule is currently scheduled to run through September 16 in Ocala, Florida and to include stops in Asheville, North Carolina; Asbury Park, New Jersey; Reading, Pennsylvania and a number of other cities.  The tour’s schedule is noted below.

Exmortus front man Jadran “Conan” Gonzalez said in a prepared statement that the band, which is touring in support of its latest album The Sound of Steel, is looking forward to its upcoming run with Obituary.

“We developed a good friendship with Obituary when they brought us out to Europe earlier this year, and now we’re honored that they asked us to join them again for another run here in the states/  Glad they’re not sick of us!,” Gonzalez said.  “It’ll be a short but sweet run up and down the East Coast, but afterwards, we’ll work our way home with good friends and awesome musicians Immortal Guardian and hatchet, who we toured with just this last Summer of Steel.  Also joining our ranks for the first time are Byzantine, who boast heavy riffs with mystic melodies.  We’re ready to rock!  See you this September Steel!”

Exmortus is headed to Europe.

The band announced this week that it will serve as direct support for veteran metal outfit Obituary on its European headlining schedule.  The tour, which will run from March 3 to April 1, will take the bands to Vienna, Austria; Mulhouse, France; Stuttgart, Germany and a variety of other cities.  the current tour schedule is noted below.
