Mark Slaughter has released another single from his latest solo recording.

The Slaughter front man debuted the song ‘Halfway There’ this week. The song is the third single and title track from his sophomore solo recording, which was released this past May via EMP Label Group.

Slaughter said of the song that it is an introspective work to which any listener can relate.

“‘Halfway There,’ the concept with the album and the song, is about life and how fast it goes,” Slaughter said. “Here I go, I’m halfway there. It’s not a negative thing. It’s just a realization. It’s life. On the other side of that I have been blessed to have amazing fans who have supported us for so long, and this video is also a kind of a love letter to them.”
