Durham, North Carolina’s own Delta Rae is everywhere today.  The band has played some of the top venues in the country already, and even has a performance at the Democratic National Convention under its collective belt, too.  Now thanks to Warner Sound, fans are getting the chance to learn a little more about the band and its touring van, Bernie. .

In the new feature, “Meet Bernie”, fans learn that the van got its name because when the band first got the van, someone apparently tried to burn it down, thus the name “Bernie.”  there’s also a funny little story about which member of the band is hardest to live with on the road, and even *gasp* a possible extraterrestrial encounter along with much more.  Fans can check out all these stories by following the link here, http://youtu.be/ot6tmHfC7DM.  And to check out more episodes of YouTube’s series, Spaces, just follow this link,  http://youtube.com/SpacesTV.
