ESPN’s ‘CGD’ Broadcast To Come Live From Coastal Carolina Saturday

ESPN’s College GameDay Built by The Home Depot air live from South Carolina this weekend.

The network’s flagship college football program will air live from the campus of No. 18 Coastal Carolina University Saturday. It marks the first time that the program will have ever run from the university. It is ahead of the Chanticleers’ matchup with No. 13 BYU.

Rece Davis will anchor the broadcast. Kirk Herbstreit, Desmond Howard, David Pollack, Maria Taylor and Chris “The Bear” Fallica will join Davis for the broadcast. Lee Corso will join the broadcast remotely from his home while Jen Lada, Pat McAfee, Tom Rinaldi, and Gene Wojciechowski will also contribute.

The matchup between BYU and Coastal Carolina is just one of the games set for Saturday’s day-long college football schedule. No. 4 Ohio State will visit Michigan State, with coverage starting at noon on ABC. Over on ESPN, No. 5 Texas A&M will visit Auburn.

No. 17 UNC will host the Western Carolina Catamounts at noon on the ACC Network. ESPN2 will broadcast the matchup of No. 15 Oklahoma State and TCU, also at noon. that game will simulcast on ESPN Radio.

No. 12 Indiana will visit No. 16 Wisconsin at 3:30 p.m. ET on ESPN as the day continues. Virginia Tech will host No. 3 Clemson in the day’s headliner on ABC.
